I have a cpap machine and i started using these filters on my resmed to help filter any dust, mites, pet hair from my machine. I even took my machine camping and when i came back i could see how dirty the filter had become. They are helpful for your cpap therapy and over all usage to filter out that which the default filter from the machine doesn't catch.
