The item arrived and everything is totally fine. The squishy is very cute and looks exactly like the pictures in the "smile beige" color. The little "bamboo" steamer box used to store the dumpling is an awesome touch—it fits together perfectly and looks great on a desk. As for how it feels, the quality is really good. It is very soft, satisfying to squeeze, and has a nice slow rebound effect, making it a perfect stress reliever while gaming or studying. Shipping was smooth with no issues at all. The only downside, and the reason for knocking off one star, is the smell. Right out of the package, it has a pretty strong, intense chemical odor of plastic and rubber. You definitely need to leave it out in a well-ventilated area for a few days to air out, as the smell is quite stubborn and takes some time to fade on its own. Once the odor finally clears up, it is an excellent product.

Smaller than expected. but it squishes very well and it fits in my hand perfectly. it came with a very strong toxic, chemical, bleach or perfume smell. not good for the nose... i would probably buy again.
