I was so impressed with this set, came in a box with a color instruction book. all bags came numbered to follow with the instructions. not one piece was missing and the light kits was so easy to add to the build as i went. i cannot express what a joy it was to build this set and how amazingly beautiful it displays. i highly recommend this set from this store as it arrived in a couple of days to uk as it ships from a uk warehouse. i do hope this store makes more lighted sets in a gothic and horror theme as that is what i look for and not many sets out there fit within the genre.

I’m really amazed by how good and genuine this house set is. The build looks fantastic once finished, and the quality of the blocks is very solid—everything fits together nicely with no issues. The instructions are super helpful and easy to follow. At first, it took a little getting used to working with multiple bags, but they are clearly and nicely numbered, which makes the whole process smooth and organized. Overall, this was a great building experience and absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

This is an absolutely beautiful build. We are really pleased with it. Practical magic is one of our favourite films. The build was exceptional. Yes, some bricks took some pushing together, but it feels a much stronger build. The bricks are actually white! Adding the lighting as you go was brilliant, and the way you add particular bricks to hide the cables was well thought through. The book was easy to follow and the numbered bags. No extra bricks. It's a shame you don't get minifigures with it. I would've liked to see them jumping off the roof on halloween. It was great to get the box, too! Super quick delivery! A fantastic build! Thank you so much! 😊

The "Owen's House" set has fully met my expectations! The part quality is very good, nothing loose or poorly cast. The instructions are clearly and understandably structured, making the assembly a lot of fun. With 1877 parts, you have several hours of building fun and at the end, a truly impressive model that really makes a statement on the shelf. I especially like the many details on the facade, the plants, and the tower. Even the lighting (separately) greatly enhances the whole. Delivery was faster than expected, packaging secure. Price-performance ratio is excellent – I can recommend it to anyone who enjoys more challenging building sets!

Really cool set! Just missing one window piece, which is a bit sad, but for such a cheap set it's really not a bother. The lights that are included work wonderfully well! The bricks were a bit tough at times to build with, but overall the quality is great. Nice box and beautiful instruction booklet. Definitely recommend!
