The thickness of the leash material is slightly more than I expected. I didn't measure the exact thickness as I don't have such a measuring device. The manufacturer only specified the breaking load. It ties well and holds the knot firmly on the hook and loop for breaking. I am satisfied with the purchase. It turns out to be an elastic, sinking leash for bait fishing.
