Usage Method

Gluing:Take appropriate amount of the product and apply it evenly on the threaded surface. Deglueing:The overflow of glue will not be cured, just wipe it off.

Dismantling Method
1、Disassembly with standard hand tools
2. In rare cases, it is impossible to disassemble the bolt and nut at room temperature due to the long length of the fit.
In rare cases where the length of the fit is so long that it cannot be dismantled at room temperature, the bolt and nut can be locally heated to 250°C and dismantled while still hot.
3. Locally heat the assembly to approx. 250*c and dismantle it while it is still hot. Cleaning method
Cleaning: For cured glue, soak it in solvent or use a pot brush or other tools for mechanical sanding.
For cured glue, it can be soaked in solvent or mechanically abraded with a pot brush or other tool.
Storage Method
Ideal storage conditions for this product are in a cool, dry place within the temperature range of 8°28°C, in the original packaging, if the product is stored at a temperature of 8~18°C conditions will be more ideal. This is another batch. Really very good quality goods. Application in hydraulics. After connection, it can only be unscrewed after quite strong heating (150-200 degrees Celsius) and even then it requires a lot of force. There is no way it would release on its own.

Works like real loctite243. When dried, threads remain tight but can still be unscrewed by hand as expected As many have mentioned, the bottle is only half full, but it's still much cheaper than the real thing.

I tried it on a m6 bolt and nut. After a couple of hours, you can not remove the nut anymore by hand but you can still remove it with a ring spanner. So, works perfectly for only 10% of the cost of real loctite.

"excellent threadlocker glue! It cures quickly and holds screws firmly in place, preventing them from loosening even under strong vibration. Very easy to apply, and only a small amount is needed for a secure bond. Works perfectly on my rc cars and other mechanical parts. Cheap but really effective – highly recommended!"
