It's okay for the price it has (it cost me €6.19). The pieces are made of hard plastic, the kind that seems like it can break if dropped. I was disappointed that the edges that hold the paint are not metal: they are painted to make it look like it is, but underneath it's still the same plastic. It comes with very few gems. Also, the box arrived somewhat dented. It's fine for children who like crafts, but as a gift... I find it tacky.
