I have recently seen this item as i was looking through some other items and it has caught my attention. I have been hand mixing different types of food products for the past few years. So after i have gotten done reading through the description details of the item i thought that i would give it a try. I'm really glad that i did because this actually works great when you are mixing up smaller products like eggs to make omelettes or french toast. The item takes two aa batteries for it to work and you can purchase those at a cheap price. It actually whips up eggs really well and has been making my french toast taste great
