I took a size L, it's comfortable, but I could have taken a size M. Usually I wear a medium size. However, it's an excellent product, very soft, stretchy, and doesn't cause any allergies! Luckily, because I suffer from them!

They are great, I wear size 38 and the M fits me a bit loose, I'm going to order size S again to compare.

Previously there were black and beige panties (size L), the black ones fit well, but the beige ones are slightly larger and stretch more strongly.
