The movement is smooth, quiet, without unnecessary sounds or noises. There is some play, but it's not critical. There is no play in the rotor at all. It's a pity that the handle doesn't turn. I wound the YGK Bornrush PE X8 #4 line. The loops don't slip. The winding is on a par with mid-range Japanese products.

I fished for 6 hours with this reel in the same size as a 2-8g rod. I loved it, the reel is smooth, lightweight... A marvel at this price too. I don't regret my purchase at all; this is my second one, my first was a size 4000. Really great, you can go for it with your eyes closed 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The reel arrived quickly, 13 days. This is not the first time I've bought such a reel. I've had this reel on an ultra light for two years without any problems. There are minimal backlash, smooth operation, and it doesn't throw beards on thin line. I'm satisfied with the reel for this price, especially since I got it at a discount during 11.11. I recommend it.

Great little reel for ultralight fishing, feels smooth and well built, and even came with some nice stickers and a little poster / diagram of the internal mechanism. Only possible nitpick is that there is no distinct click or feedback to let you know when the bail is fully open, but some may prefer this and it's easy to get used to.

The drag adjustment and steering feel are smooth, and the quality is really good for the price.
