Production steps:
1. Apply a layer of release agent or engine oil to the mold for demoulding.
2. Put in the proportioned concrete
3. Put the oiled mold on the vibrating platform, smooth it after vibrating for 10 seconds, and reduce the air bubbles in the concrete
4. Place it in a flat place for maintenance (solidify for 1-2 days in summer and 2-3 days in winter, cover it with a layer of plastic cloth to prevent cracking in the wind), and prohibit exposure to the sun.
Demoulding:
1. It is recommended that it is most suitable to demould after 9 am outdoors. You can gently hit the edge with a rubber hammer and repeat it several times to complete (or use a demoulding frame to demould)
2. Put the finished product in a cool place for maintenance, sprinkle water 3-8 times.
