Wearing Guide of FM3 Full Face CPAP Mask

①Place the black self-adhesive side of the head upside down in a “triangular” shape, and insert the mask into the upper sides respectively.

Put the mask over the head and fix it.

③The lower sides of the headband are inserted into the mask and fixed.

④Adjust the position of the headband and the forehead pad to make the mask fit the face.

Work well with a resmed cpap, but the clips on the harness are a bit fiddly. Definitely good value for money, much cheaper than the originals.
