It's a bit tight for hips of 130. But I bought it to wear open-toe, so I'm still satisfied. The quality is excellent, 100% cotton, high-quality and beautiful, it has stripes both lengthwise and widthwise on both the black blouse and the blue one. Sewn neatly. I recommend.
