I think it's the best value for money among Google-certified devices. There are many low-cost models with the same hardware configuration, but they lack the most important Google certification. However, compared to those products, this one perfectly supports most apps and fully supports 4K and HDR. The remote control also has more functions than other devices, so it can be used directly as a TV remote control. Moreover, unlike most sticks that have 8GB of memory, this model has a real 32GB model as indicated in the product specifications. Therefore, it is much more flexible and versatile than other sticks when it comes to storing various APKs like in a fortress, and the price is the lowest, making it the best value-for-money product. Just the fact that the power port is USB-C makes it much better.

I replaced my 1080p chromecast with google tv with this gd1 when i upgraded to a wall mount 4k tv. This is the cheapest unit i found that has widevine l1, meaning it's certified by netflix, prime, etc to play full 4k content. Walmart's onn 4k is cheaper but it only works when set up in america and the remote is very laggy. The gd1 is hidden behind the tv, having usb c means i have it connected to a mini hub so i have usb storage and a bluetooth keyboard working perfectly. Also, i don't need another power supply. I considered buying a xiaomi stick 4k or thompson 4k streamer but they only use micro usb and they are more expensive than this gd1. I'm very happy with the performance of this at 33% the price of the google streamer 4k.
