I bought it out of curiosity while using the 25hgo and 25legaris. The internal structure can be seen as being exactly the same. I can just buy something I like the exterior design of. However, the Excelle's steering wheel knob is not bolt-on type. You can either grind it down or buy a Daiwa handle tube from Ali. The design and color are better than Hugo Legaris.

The reel is packed perfectly, just as I ordered from the seller; he fulfilled everything. The relatively small knob and shallow spool work well, we'll see further down the line. As far as I understand, the assembly is not from Vietnam but from China, but I don't see any differences except for the instructions, which are in Chinese. Thank you to the seller, I recommend this store.

I have been buying g daiwa and shimano reels from aliexpress for a few years now and always been happy. Being a fan of the daiwa lt series of reels i was looking for a a silver color reel and this daiwa exceler lt in 2000 size fit the bill. Super nice reel completely original as to be expected. Will be pairing this with a 7ft daiwa aerolite 704 lxs rod for ul jigging and soft plastic fishing in fresh and salt water.

Daiwa is Daiwa, sensational spinning reels! This Exceler is undoubtedly one of the best! The only issue is to pay attention to the numbering and acronyms, I thought I had bought the 2500D XH which has a deeper spool!
