Maintenance of fishing lines

After each fishing session, the clean fishing line should be gently wound around the reel in a timely manner. Try to keep the line loose and not stretched, as prolonged force can cause the line to lose its original elasticity.

2. It is better to choose a round winding machine. A square winding machine has right angles on all four sides and can be placed for a long time. The strength of the bending point of the fishing line will decrease. Moreover, the fishing lines released are all wiped clean with a cloth if there is any water adhering to them. This is because the water quality in the fishing area is diverse, including a certain amount of oil, salt, alkali, acid and other components. If the water containing these components is not dried, the disconnection will lose strength due to corrosion.

3. All fishing lines should be stored in a dry, dark and pollution-free place to prevent moisture, deterioration and aging.

4. When going fishing outside, wrap the reel with the fishing line and do not place it together with other sundries to avoid scratching the fishing line. Also, do not put it together with grease.

If you find that the color of the fishing line changes, fades, turns yellow, etc., or becomes brittle. It indicates that the fishing line has aged or is starting to age. It should be replaced in a timely manner. One must not take chances and leave the risk of the line breaking and fish escaping.
