Received them in a general package, all crumpled. It's a pity that the seller treats their product this way. The snowflakes are very good and reusable. I ordered them before the New Year and now bought them again. They stick to the window wonderfully, are quickly removed, and don't leave any marks on the glass. I removed them from the window, placed them on a piece of paper with the adhesive side down, and can hide them until next time or use them again. Highly recommended.
