Description

Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing our products!

Our essential oils are bottled in high-quality glass containers to preserve their purity and freshness. While we take extra care in packaging (bubble wrap, reinforced cartons), international shipping involves unavoidable handling and transportation risks. We cannot guarantee 100% protection against breakage.

To protect your purchase, please:

📹 Record a complete unboxing video (from opening the package to removing all items)

If you receive a broken bottle or leaked product, please contact us with the unboxing video. We will arrange a refund or replacement as soon as possible. The video is essential for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier and helps us resolve your issue quickly.

Thank you for your understanding!

Enjoy your aromatic journey 🌸
