How to Use:
1. Shake the nail liquid before use.
2.Apply a thin layer of gel polish as the base.  (curing or not curing is fine)
3.Apply ocean wave watercolor liquid over the gel.
4.Let the watercolor liquid spread naturally until the desired effect.( if the step 1 base is not cured, cure it under a UV lamp for 60-120s)
5.Apply a top coat and cure.
Gentle Using Reminder:
*The ocean wave watercolor liquid is solvent-based, so a slight odor is normal.
* If the step 3 watercolor liquid is too thick, let it air-dry naturally.
*Air-dries naturally. Tighten cap and store properly when not in use.
*.Pigment may settle if stored long. Shake well before use for best results.
*The Liquid relies on the fluidity of base layer gel  for diffusion. Thinner gels preads faster, while thicker gel spreads slower.

Transform Any Color:
1. Shake the nail polish before use.
2. Apply clear base, wait it dry for 60s-120s.
3. Apply the color nail polish you like, wait it dry for 60s-120s.
4. Apply nail polish, wait it dry for 60s-120s.
5. Apply top polish, wait it dry for 60s-120s.
6. Finish.
